At shopgracieb.com, we understand that receiving your purchase promptly and efficiently is extremely important (we ♥ instant gratification too!). So, we try to keep things simple. 

Order Status
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days within receipt of purchase (excluding weekends). You should receive an email indicating that your order has been shipped. We typically use either USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping throughout the shop, which means you can expect to receive your purchase within 2-9 business days from the day it is shipped. Exclusions applies only to Three Little Ducks product due to international shipping, which could take up to 12 business days from day of shipment.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided with nearly all orders shipped (exclusion applying only to Three Little Ducks product due to international shipping). You should receive a tracking number via email soon after your order has shipped. If any time during the shipment process, you have not received an order shipment or tracking email and feel that this is an error, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll supply you what whatever information you are missing.

Holiday Shipping
During the holidays, things can get a little crazy and it is so easy to wait until the last possible minute to order gifts. So, for our procrastinator friends we include an Express Shipping option during those last few weeks before Christmas and New Year. This option is slightly more expensive, but ensures that your gift arrives in time to give to your special loved ones. Just make sure you have purchased by Noon CST on December 21st so that we can ensure it will be in the mail on December 22nd!
